Nesta reabilitação redefiniu-se a chegada como gesto principal, um percurso que revela a casa, leve sobre o terreno e em diálogo com a paisagem. A intervenção constrói uma nova coerência através da depuração formal e de materiais inspirados na luz e na matéria do lugar. In this rehabilitation, the arrival was redefined as the project’s main gesture, a path that reveals the house, light upon the terrain and in dialogue with the landscape. The intervention establishes a renewed coherence through formal refinement and the use of materials inspired by the light and texture of the place.

Com 90 m², este antigo T2 foi reorganizado em T3, com espaços fluidos e ligação direta ao exterior. O objetivo foi ampliar a perceção espacial e reforçar a presença da paisagem. O desenho do jardim e da piscina prolonga a mesma lógica de sobriedade e integração, resultando num espaço de veraneio depurado e sereno. With 90 m², this former two-bedroom house was reorganized into a three-bedroom dwelling, featuring fluid spaces and a direct connection to the exterior. The goal was to expand spatial perception and strengthen the presence of the landscape. The design of the garden and pool extends the same logic of restraint and integration, resulting in a serene and refined summer retreat.
